Boasting the softness and strength of cotton and the warmth and structure of wool, Bio Balance is a yarn that feels great in your hands and knits up beautifully. Because the two fibres take slightly differently during the dying process, there is a subtle melange appearance which gives your finished knit interest with a depth of colour and a beautiful texture.
At Baa, we are conscious of sustainability and social responsibility when it comes to the yarn fibres that we choose to knit with. It is one of the reasons why natural fibres are more prominent across our range of yarn than synthetics. However, there’s more to caring for our planet than just buying natural, which is why yarn brand BC Garn makes it their mission to produce their wonderful range of GOTS certified organic yarns. This means that from sheep to dye stuff, from production to stock keeping and packing, each step is inspected carefully and in line with very strict organic and social standards.
For UK delivery we use Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Letter & Parcel service. Items are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days, provided the goods are in stock. Delivery times can vary, but are typically 2-3 days for UK mainland.
To give you the best results we always check the dye lot numbers match within each order. If for any reason it is not possible to complete your order using only one dye lot we will contact you as soon as possible.
